Worst airline experience ever. Very unfriendly staff. They charge extra luggage per kg instead of per piece. Nice way to encourage shopping that actually helps the Indian community….
Whenever possible choose another airline.

Worst experience I’ve ever faced. Vadodara Air india staff needs a major change specially that bald guy was very rude in check-in. I have been travelled in different Air lines even in Air india but never seen so picky luggage check in before. If someone can give me the name of that bald guy i appreciate it. He is troubling every passages while checking. I want to report that guy. I would like to request Air india to take immediate action.

Long queues every time at check in, need to work on check in staff being very picky on luggage check in that results in discomfort of all passengers. Have been frequent traveller to airindia and other airlines at different airports but this place really need some significant change in staff.
