On 27 Feb 2023 my father Mr. Y Shukla passed away under the care of Nilam Zha. The Aashray care center owners and staff members are not professional, they do not know how to give comfort care for people who require palliative care . They didn't feed well, not giving drinks or thickened food and treated my father very poorly ( pushing and pulling).
Owners always called me on my WhatsApp about small complaints about my father and when my father passed away she didn't call me or any of my siblings to inform us about his death.( we all live abroad). She called one cousin and told them
" you guys called and inform about Mr. Shukla death". When my father died his mouth was open. I asked why his mount wasn't closed. She replied " I tried but didn't closed" They didn't have any idea what time my father passed away because afternoon the owner is not available and staff is taking rest. That's why in this center no one is taking care of the patients in the afternoon.
I will not recommend to the AASHRAY CARE center to any loved one who need good care.

I could have give negative reviews to these people as my father died because of there negligence. They had not taken care of him. I think those who are droping there elderly to ashary are making a blunder. Please taken a note that they are neither responsible nor genuine people. More over they do not have trained staff. If you trust them you will also loose your dear ones like me.

Ashray not home for elderly but for doing business and making money.
Bad experience top floor bathroom unhygienic not clean and no proper water supply in toilet.
Provide less quantity of food to the elders and staff not at all good in behavior.
