This guy also know as Aapro Teshtar is the provider and protector of authentic Parsi food here in Udwada. His father used to manage the Sir J J Dharamshala and that’s where we know him from. His meals have been the same from day one. I can say it’s A1 from Day 1. My navjote was done by his mother in 1993 so imagine carrying the same taste for so many decades, close to impossible. You really want to try something out of the box ask him for Teshtar Ni Tandoor (TNT): It’s not your regular roasted kind of tandoori. It’s gonna be full of masala and spicy ???? hot red… Oh yes don’t forget to order Russian Pattice and if you love fish his restaurant is the only best place in Udwada where you’ll get quality Boi fish… Go try! ❤️

This was recommended to me by a Parsi friend and the food did really turn out to be amazing! Unfortunately we had not called ahead. So only boi fish and Russian cutlet was available when we reached. Therefore I would strongly recommend calling ahead. The food was very tasty. :)

P.S. The restaurant is tiny and is inside one of the new developments near the cross roads and not exactly where indicated by Google Maps. However if you ask any local on the street they will guide you.

Best, uthentic Parsi food in all of Udwada. Money's worth. Very accomodating. Will provide food quickly even if you go there on the spot. Very nice and friendly atmosphere.
