I started my fitness journey a year ago, when i used to weigh 46kgs. After a year after lots of personal training and consistent hard work, I gained 16kgs of pure muscle that to “naturally”. So I would definitely recommend this gym. The workouts are held in batches with personal attention by the owner himself who was also a professor at a prestige university in Gujarat.

My first experience with PERFECT SHAPE and have not been disappointed! I train here about 5-6 times a week and find the consistent positive trainer, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide parking validation and most importantly the same quality trainer are there to get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.Amazing experience and highly recommended.
