I would totally recommend figure and fit to anyone struggling to lose weight. They have very tasty diet plan It has helped me change my eating habits along with adding exercise into my lifestyle. definitely best place to lose your extra fat in your body. my weight maintained since joining figure and fit .

Dt.Dhrupal Akbari is a fantastic dietician. She is very attentive and always gives positive feedback. I feel comfortable speaking with her about everything. She always makes sure that my diet is not compromised in term of my nutrition . Dt.Dhrupal Madam has given me a lot of great recipe ideas so, I won't feel bored with my meals and she had made some fantastic suggestions on how to overcome making bad decisions with my meal options. I’m so grateful to Dt Dhrupal Mam for making my lifestyle healthy and happy, my eating habits were really bad due to busy schedules and I do have thyroid disorder. I decided to choose diet insight to maintain my thyroid and it worked.
