A thoroughly enjoyable experience that accommodates a wide variety of fitness levels. Not only will Shivoham's classes challenge you physically but they will help develop your mental focus. Even as a regular gym goer I personally have found a new appreciation and awareness of my body which has resulted in an entirely new approach to fitness

Shivohamyog is a great.The instructors go deep into the traditional and meditative aspects of Yoga,I always leave feeling far better than when we came. The instructors are also always willing to stay after class, and answer any questions to help your make your practice work for you. Highly recommended!

Best Professional Yoga Trainer. She can teach you basic principles with global level Knowledge. If you want to experience real benefits which can be only achieved by Yoga then I say She is the only one to go in whole city . I found her via social media link, but she is best choice I must say as in teacher, mentor or therapist.
