it was worst experience @ this place.. we didnt get hot water even for taking bath.. even it seems that since so many days room and bathroom were not cleaned... we didnt get drinking water even.. except A.c. we didnt get any facility.. I strongly advise.. never book this place @ palitana.....they have taken Rs. 800 for morning 5 to night 7 and didnt provided any thing... WORST PLACE !!!!!!

This is fake, they take charges online and keep their phones off when called. Even the dharamshala is not at the place of directions.
