I kept hearing about a vav in Khambhat but it was impossible get its exact. I finally deduced that it was near Madla Talav. When I went to the talav one of the care takers told me that there was not one but THREE vavs in and around the talav. This one Khambhat Ni Vav, Madla vav and Vanjari Vav. This vav had recently been restored but when I was there it was full of water right to the top, so I could not actually see the vav. The heavy rains during the monsoons had raised the water level of the lake and water from the lake had flowed into the vav. I pinned the location of this vav to Google Maps. See attached pics.
