As a long-standing customer of Bank of India, I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by the subpar service and unprofessional behavior I encountered in the bank's loan department. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review to share my negative experience.

First and foremost, the level of service provided by the bank's loan department was far from satisfactory. The employees seemed uninterested and lacked the willingness to assist customers effectively. I experienced a significant delay in the processing of my loan application, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Despite submitting all the required documents promptly, I was left waiting for an extended period without any proper communication or updates on the progress of my application.

Moreover, the lack of empathy and understanding from the loan department staff was truly disheartening. Their dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior added to my frustration. I expected better treatment as a loyal customer, but instead, I felt neglected and unheard. Basic courtesies such as addressing customer concerns and providing clear explanations were severely lacking.

Additionally, the bank's loan department failed to provide accurate information about the loan terms and conditions. I received conflicting and misleading information, leading to confusion and uncertainty regarding the overall loan process. Such a lack of clarity is unacceptable and only further eroded my trust in the bank's ability to handle my financial matters.

Considering the negative experience I had with Bank of India's loan department, I am compelled to voice my dissatisfaction publicly. I sincerely hope that the bank takes these concerns seriously and undertakes the necessary steps to improve its customer service standards and overall efficiency.

Good bank service but some time all systems are not worked like ATM and passbook entry Machine

Useless bank not working as some time bank manager not give proper solution and west my time 10 days...then he say to bank will be not tranfer here .......bank manager last answer .. ho jayega and apko call karta thodi Der mai
