Had a gr8 tym here. Room was clean and staff was very attentive.

Special thanks to manager Mr. Yogesh Patil. He ensured that as per our requests everything was made available on time. He also helped us to plan our day accordingly.

Would love to come again here with family ????

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights towards the end of Jan this year. On the day we checked in the Manager was at reception. Unfortunately there was no welcome or greetings. I stayed in hotels like Lord's in Dwarka and Aram in Jamnagar, reception staff were much more welcoming and accommodating. The Manager should lead by example!!

Also, we wanted room to be sidegraded to twin beds and they took advantage and charged us extra £27 as we had already prepaid in advance. They had plenty of rooms available and I am sure the manager could have shown some flexibility and discretion.

The room was quite comfortable and bathroom was kept clean, but due to lack of service and inflexible approach I have given 3 stars.

Only one person in this hotel I found helpful was Accounts Executive, Mr P Kumavat.

One word. Excellent!! Nice well maintain spacious and clean room & peaceful too . Awesome experience 100% .My Guruji
stayed for 3 nights. my Guruji loved this place, rooms are well design by direction as per vastu & easy Girnar darshan from hotel porch. most imported is restaurant is serving veg so we get authentic pure veg vaishnav food. Hotel staff are very helpful & courteous the management is excellent. we jus got our 2L bottle filled from restaurant. they were kind enough to do so..it's worth the price . all staff were really amazing host. Next year will be coming again here ❤️❤️????
