Have been here on multiple occasions. Their rooms are great, additionally all their functional halls and lawn is also great.

The location is near to the airport and hardly 20-25 minutes away from railway station. Their wedding food is pretty good. In 5-7 weddings that I have attended here I have found the food to be great.

We are totally disappointed with the level of poor and unhelpful services from the hotel’s manager as well as the rudest staff who puts the phone down on your face and have no manners or ability to talk to the customers.
We booked them for 2 nights and paid full rates in advance but unfortunately one of our party was taken ill and admitted in to ICU. We provided all the necessary documents and medical report from the doctors but still the hotel refused to offer full refund, not only they took our full payment , they were absolutely unkind to us and in short told us to go away. We also asked them to refund part payment but they refused by showing us hotel’s no refund policies. They are heartless and horrible management , we will never recommend them to anyone and people should think twice before booking their hotels. We had Very bad experience with them and I would not like anyone else to go through the same.

Rooms were nice and food was good but the reason I'm giving 2 stars is the game area. The hours of some parts of the game area are 5-9 PM despite there be ample amount of staff. Then they charge you for every small thing you do; checkers, pool, table tennis, and any other thing you do. When the bill was due for pool they claimed we owed money for 6 people when only 4 played. I let 2 of my younger cousins hit the ball ONCE and they still charged. In short I didn't appreciate that they nickel and dimed you for everything and had a bad attitude.
