I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mumbaiya Misal & Vadapav in Gandhinagar, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. If you're a fan of misal pav, this place is an absolute gem that you shouldn't miss. The taste of their misal pav was nothing short of mind-blowing, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds.

The misal pav at Mumbaiya Misal & Vadapav was bursting with flavors that perfectly captured the essence of authentic Mumbai street food. The misal, a spicy sprout curry, was generously topped with farsan (fried savory mix), chopped onions, and coriander, creating a delightful medley of textures and tastes. The pav (bread) was soft. The blend of spices used in the misal was simply phenomenal, providing a perfect balance of heat and flavor that kept me craving for more with every bite.

In addition to their outstanding misal pav, Mumbaiya Misal & Vadapav also serves a refreshing and delightful chas. The chas, a traditional Indian buttermilk drink, was thick, tasty, and absolutely perfect. It was the ideal accompaniment to the spicy misal pav, offering a cooling effect and a burst of tangy flavors.

Apart from the remarkable taste of the food, the wait times were minimal, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

In conclusion, Mumbaiya Misal & Vadapav in Gandhinagar is a must-visit for misal pav lovers. The taste of their misal pav is truly mindblowing, and the chas complements it perfectly. With fast service and a friendly atmosphere, this restaurant is a top choice for an authentic and satisfying dining experience.

Authentic vada pav and mumbaiyaa items for sure. I had a discussion with the employee and he said the chain in from Ahmedabad itself but it's origin is from Pune so go to have authentic taste. Cheese fry misal and only vada plates were awesome. Kanda bhaji was also good but just little over cooked/burnt but can understand it happens. Place is small with a few tables for max sitting of 20 people. Parking is street parking but place is too busy to not get car parking anytime.

Gandhinagar does not have many options for misal pav, so for that I think mmv misal pav is a favourable place. We had misal pav and its typical mumbai style misal where they serve namkeen mixture with misal.
Only thing I missed was misal was not warm enough.
I prefer baroda style sev usal so I didn't enjoy much.
Pricing are fair and reasonable, everyone must try atleast once.
