Excellent experience of the hospitality and the facility by the nursing staff specially is just too good.the doctors were too good and empathetic.
The hygiene level was taken care of really well. Was hospitalized for a two day. but all went very smooth without any difficulty. I have a best experience.special thanks to visiting Dr. Hiren shah. Dr Irfan Patel , Dr pratiksha Nursing staff, ward boys, housekeeping staff for the kind and trustworthy support

No Proper timing for OPD. Staff keeps you telling that doctor will come in 10 min, 15min etc, but not came. And sometimes staff don't even respond to our questions.

Wasted more than 2 hrs there.
Don't have drinking water even.

Better to go for other hospitals around.

Hospital should respect each one's time.

Housekeeping is good service in hospital, they are. Continue mapping on floor. Nurse good behaviour, they can understand patient speak Telugu language, they can understand easily . Need to improve in emergency wards response is slowly
