Such a grt cafe and I have been visiting it for last two years.The staff overthere is fantastic and they provide good service as well. One the best places in vvnagar.

So we came here thinking we will try a new place and we placed our order and then they walk to our table, and let me tell you they have not given us our food yet and the waiter comes and tell us "you have placed an order or 330 you can sit here only for an hour and if you want to sit here post that you have to place another order of 350" and they did not tell us this while placing the order or paying the money this was told to us after ordering. This place is horrible in terms of ambience, food and service.
Disappointment is an understatement

People at this place think they are doing some sort of favour by providing food. Just doing that is not great you need good etiquette's and politeness in the way you talk as well. You cannot treat people like trash just because you own the cafe. You yourself are attracting negativity through your harsh and unacceptable behaviour. If you feel that you can arrogantly talk to customers who have had a bad experience at your cafe then you are wrong you need to verify and rectify your issues. You cannot blame the one who suffered and also you had the audacity to humiliate them in public. Shame on you. If you cannot handle things in a better way just shut down your cafe. There are many other places where people are humble and kind enough to accept their flaws rather than looking down on someone. You also have no right to speak about anyone's financial state, or what they can afford. You are running a so called cafe you ain't sitting there to judge someone's finances.
