I am writing on behalf of Sia Signature Hotel in Goa to share an extremely disappointing experience we recently had with Rajdarshan Tourism agency, particularly with Mr. Krunal. We believe it's crucial to share this feedback in order to caution other establishments and potential clients about the abysmal service we encountered.

Our hotel had the unfortunate encounter of collaborating with Rajdarshan Tourism agency to book a stay for one of their clients. This experience turned into an absolute nightmare due to their blatant negligence and complete lack of professionalism. Despite our continuous efforts to communicate and resolve the matter, we faced a week-long ordeal of unresponsiveness and broken promises.

The repeated follow-up calls and messages regarding the pending booking payment were met with empty assurances and a shocking disregard for our concerns. It's evident that Rajdarshan Tourism agency, under the management of Mr. Krunal, is far from equipped to handle even the most basic aspects of their responsibilities.

We are left with no option but to advise all prospective guests and businesses to steer clear of this agency. If they cannot even fulfill their financial obligations in a timely and responsible manner, one can only imagine the quality of service and support they offer throughout the entire travel experience.

For anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy services, it's in your best interest to explore other options. The reputation and peace of mind of your travel plans are too valuable to be put at risk by such a flagrant display of incompetence.
