Wrost experience ever. I paid yearly advance fees in month of December they doesn't give me any recipe. I told them I started gym in month Feb.but unfortunately I had accident and my doctor said I am not allowed to go gym year so ask the gym owner refund my money. But they deduct 18% gst .even I didn't started single day.i been there five time no one take responsibility. I felt like these people doesn't have any kind of humanity. I was so excited to start this gym I heard good about it . I but I have really bad experience. Now I am glad to I don't join this gym ever and I strongly recommend dont go there .dont pay any kind of advance fees.

Best experience to workout here, a gym premises is clean always, helpful workout machines, and trainers are helping any time to guide right way to workout tips..

My first experience with Prevention Fitness and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide parking validation, towels for workouts, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.
