It’s so poor customer service even I didn’t expected this …
Even though I purchased couples of things they treat in rude way .Especially payment counter staffs not understanding how to give service to customers.
Kindly take action else Pantaloon image will be down in such ways as I see bad mostly bad reviews .

Soo poor in service people don’t know how to talk with customers. Staff is soo soo desi dont have any manners to talk and how to behave.

1⭐️for The person at payment counter is a sham on the company. Very rude and lack refinement. There was another person and they used some slang assuming I did not know Gujarati.

I request management to take cognizance of this by verifying through CCTV (incident at 5:30 pm).

On a different note, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Full marks to the employees at mens section. Absolute delight. Very patient and helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️Good collection as well.
