We face very bad experience here today
I visited hospital at 8:20 in heavy rain for my child and nurse at reception told me that we will not allow you for check up. If someone coming in heavy rain with his child they should understand how critical situation they are facing and they wrote time on file was 6 to 9. We visited at 8:20.
If someone adult suffering from something he can talk but child who can not talk only a doctor can understand his pain.
We said our child is suffering and we have to give medicine for that but they literally denied
I ask please if doctor can't check let him give file and ask him for which medicine i should give. They also denied for same and said go ask to medical store they will give you answer.
And now tell me doctor who can give proper medicine to patient a doctor or medical store ??
If you are not ready to see patient on your written time you should change time so no one will suffer

I always respect to doctor they work very hard i understand you sir but if some children suffering and parents ask that his or her child will not able to suffer at night and request your staff for help
They should help or do something for that
I am also a working man so can understand about work but at some point we should help beyond our rules or limitations

He is one of the best paediatrician. He is polite, patient and experienced doctor. You can discuss the problem with him without feeling rushed. It has been 3 years we are consulting him for my kids. I recommend people to visit him if need a good pediatrician. Good treatment available here.

A very warm hospital and staff. Arun Sir's explanation and approach are very motivating especially for new parents who are clueless and have many questions and doubts. He even explains his line of treatment which is rare for today's time. We have been grateful to Yug hospital and strongly recommend to all parents who care for their children's well-being.
