Yoga with Dhananjay Sir is a different experience.
The approach of Relax after Stress is very relevant and applicable. He helps us to become aware of this and with practice we too can apply this philosophy through asanas.
The purpose is not to be able to do a particular difficult posture, but to use the
process as a tool to achieve mental balance.
When an asana is performed with more deliberation, the effect is far higher than doing it more times or doing it faster.
Thanks for introducing Yoga with this approach.
I really look forward to our sessions which in his words have a 'narcotic effect. A desirable addiction.

Dhananjay Sir's methohodology focuses on relaxation and helps us to recognize the effect of the asanas on our body. It has been a few months and I find myself addicted to his sessions. It's a wonderful experience to do Yoga under his guidance.

I am practicing yoga with Shri Dnanjaybhai since last six months. I knew yoga earlier also, but here it is not exercise but body and mind synchronizing practice. It helps to improve your physical abilities, improves your internal body functioning and calm down your hyper nature. I am 71, fit and healthy, enjoying practicing yoga regularly with Shri Dhananjaybhai. It is unique something different.
