It is an old residential building situated behind Vishvakarma temple, Chandlodiya.

Water is the main problem here. Water inside house taps available at the fixed timings only such as morning 5am to 10am and 1pm to 4pm and 7pm to 10pm. So, choose to live wisely here.

Also, parking of car is a huge problem here. You will have to park your car outside because inside there is very less space and always full. No alloted parking.

Location of apartment is very good and connected to Vande mataram road. Fruits and vegetables market is also very nearby.

Lifts are very old.

Maintenance of 2bhk is around 800 to 900 rupees.

No security guard facility.

This flat are 10 12 years old so they dont have parking facility but atmosphere around this flat are good and healthy so i found amazing place in vandtmatram area.
