customer support is very poor now a days. Vipul medcorp Ahmedabad Team is not at all taking responsibility to update customer through phone call or through SMS whether claim file is accepted or not or what is current status. Over all third class response this time I got from Vipul Ahmedabad team. Instead I should send my claim file to other region Vipul office for better update and work. Moreover, Contact number given on this site in continuously busy since15 days. Whenever u called it is busy.
