Of course as a proud owner of a flat in the Venus Parkland society, I gave 5 stars.
Benefits:
1. You will surely found someone to talk with if you don't have any group or friend.
2. Children are safe and have an large and healthy play area.
3. Groups of people and children from age 0 to 80-90.
4. Good management of cleaning and festivals.
5. Good security arrangements.

Drawback:
Of course it's a very big society and all are not cooperative in cooperative society.
1. Dog nuisance is a small issue. And i think in every society it is.
2. No guidelines or instructions who don't pay maintenance. Because only fine on late payment doesn't work. Need strict action.

No peace in the society..loud music celebration happening on daily basis..no doubt flats are good but if you want to live in peace pls find another place.
