I have been doing Pilates for over 4years now and it really pushes me to improve on my strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and toning. Our instructor Bhavin is amazing he always make every class different and interesting.I learn a new exercise almost every class! The studio runs efficiently and is well maintained. Thanks for the great classes.
