The Novus restaurant and banquet

Very bad service,
staff is not supportive ..
Due to wrong choice of banquet , i spoiled my daughter's first birthday memories.
there is no importance of our events for them. At the time of function A.c is not working...& Due to suffocation our guest & specialy my 1 year daughter got too much irritated & they even not managed cooler or 4, 5 fans ....or nothing else , after request they only given 1 fan...which is short wired so can not reach to the stage side, , due to hot atmosphere my baby cried too much & i even can not take photos of baby or guests....& Can not enjoy party, food quality was also not good.

Feeling very guilt , that why I have choosen this banquet, because I have did 1 lakh rs for overall birthday party , but just due to banquet , i spoiled my whole struggle.

Because when we have booked , the manager given good response , but on the day of function we came to knew that old staff was left , so due to new staff , they did not given good service.

We have attended friends engagement before 1 year so at that time we like the service & all, that's why we have decided to do our function here, but before 1 year management staff was different , right now staff is changed, which is not supportive

Never go for this banquet.

Excellent food test , restaurant starter is very good , nice staff , banquet hall is also very good

Very embarrassing situation feel with our guests on New Year occasion today i.e. 26.10.2022.

Third Class Food Quality.
No Hygiene maintain.
There is a loot of money by owner by publishing advertising that they giving unlimited 31 items in 150/- Rs.
I and my guests are return from restaurant without eating dinner.
