This agent's name is Sameer and the company's name is Tawaf Tours and Travels. I went to do Umar with them, their service was very good & hotel, food are very good ????????

Never go for hajj with this agent. Very irresponsible attitude during our hajj Journey.
He promised us good hotel during our stay in Makkah and Madinah, but it was not as promised. He even forced us to live 6 person in a small room. When complaint he (the man by the name of Samir) didn't resolve it. We had to fight whole night to get 4 ppl in a small room.
I would suggest never go to hajj through this agent, you may find some better agents compare to this.
