I visited to claim Warranty on my Syska Trimmer HT3052K/02 which was not working after very first charging. I called them in advance as advised by syska Customer Care. When I called the number provided, the person on call informed me that you’ve called early (09:55 AM), our service center starts at 10:00 AM & after cleaning etc., open for customer @ 10:15. I informed him that your timings are 10-6, on receiving this answer he got frustrated & ask me to wait till then. I agreed & reached Service Center on time, but service center shutters were closed till 10:10. Then I had to call him and remind him of his earlier words about timings. He now told me that this service center’s timings are 10:30 onwards. I had to pursue him that this is not great attitude & he should inform his staff to reach here immediately rather than giving false info to customer.

Now he called his staff to reach & then opened center @ 10:25.!! Now they inspected my trimmer & informed that it was dead & will have to be replaced & it may take 7-10 days to get new one. They didn’t provided me any Jobsheet at that time as they didn’t even open their system... later, they sent me whatsapp copy of it.

They called me on 8th day and told me to collect my trimmer, on visiting there, they gave me my old trimmer with repaired part rather than replacement as promised earlier...!!!

Pathetic service overall...!!!
