I have had a decent experience until the past few months with Swagat group which I had recommended to several of my colleagues. Unfortunately Swagat representatives have been very lax in ensuring the property keys are handed over in time. I have made several calls to various stakeholders and have been made to coordinate between various departments. Still there is no sign of getting the possession even thugh the required formalities were completed by me when asked to do so. The faith in Swagat has taken a huge dip in the recent past. The representatives seem to be barely concerned with my pains as well which makes it more agonizing.

Edit - The needful was done and received a call from the Head Office aplogoizing for the delay and explaining the confusion. Happy with the reaponse from Swagat.
