We went to Shikharji with them from 22/10/22 to 31/10/22
They are completely disaster in their service and co-ordination with ground staff. Lot of mismanagement. Our tickets were not booked till last moments. They were not picking up the calls. Attitude of Rakesh bhai and Dhrumil bhai is completely not acceptable. Their dharmshala and hotel selection was very very poor and not at all hygenic. Only bit good about them was their food at Rajgir.
I would not at all recommend Suman tours to anyone.
Lot of episode in our trip if will write down here it will go on and on.
Just few wods for everyone, DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM

It was a pleasant experience throughout the journey. Right from tour operator to driver to manager boy to chef, all were very humble. Food was mouth watering and was in variety. We had kids and senior citizens too with us but still all went well. Thanks and God bless.
