If could give minus points for their customer service , I would have gone for -10... They doesn't listen to you or even talk to you when you speak in Hindi. Who the hell are they who thinks they can insult my national language !!!
If any top level person reading this , improve this immediately or phase consumer forum... So many times have gone through this. Enough is enough...

Never Never Trust sterling executive. They are master cheater and use road side thuggery tricks. They give ferry tale commitment which are impossible to fulfill for company. The sales agents are getting 10k incentive per sale so they give fales commitment for increase thaine sales only. You will never get reservation in resorts
