It is a good place for a recidency area.
It is a very nice and beautiful locality.
All basic amenities like hospitals, schools, pharmacies, dairy, restaurants, markets, etc. are available nearby.
There is no disturbance in these areas.

If You are a rental then please do not go for a living because there are all different rules and regulations for rental.
-They can increase Rental Maintenance at any time for Society Fund
-With every Rental they behave rudely.
-And Most Perthitic Issue is Parking and due to that many times, People hit each other.
If the Parking issue happens with House Holder then what do we expect for Rentals?

They Consider Rental as a person who helps Them to fill society's Treasure.

Very bed place to leave , if you think to move here , definately you will be moron.

This is the worst society for tenants.
-Society committee members will ask for the extra rent as a tenant.
- No personal parking facility available
- Kids will scratch your car paint and no one will listen to your complain
- If you are tenant they will not listen to you and no one is bothering to provide you the solutions.
- They don't allow tenants to access to the clubhouse (still you have to pay double maintenance)
- Comity members behave rudely with tenants, they think oversmart them self.
- when tenet will ask for some help , partiality shown there .
- society management will come at home individually to check toilets
- society management have no money for install camera but have money for purchase brand new Table Tenish for selected members
- all society management members are maha madarbhagt
