Very nice service, Branch Manager is very helpful in nature, it's totally different from other sbi branches

Worst branch .. Staff is not customer friendly at all.. I want to deposit money and the person asked if I have an account in his branch...I said no I have an account in SBI branch in Kerala then he said "you cannot deposit money here and told me to use CDM". I have checked CDM before going to deposit and CDM was not working. So I have told that guy about that, then he said "you have to deposit through CDM only, go anywhere else you want".

This is reality of SBI.

I have taken a car loan which is purchased from Concept Hyundai S.G. Highway Branch. The Anand Nagar SBI Branch has deducted my EMI twice in the month of November for which I have reported via email and then they have to revert the transaction. In the month of December, they have deducted an EMI three times, one through ECS and two times through check deposit. So I request all of you, not to avail Car Loan from SBI especially from this Anand Nagar Branch. PATHETIC BANKING.
