Couple of days back, had visited branch for work related to my family accounts and was standing in queue for my turn. The branch manager at the desk suddenly started yelling loudly at an elderly customer in front of him, using language and adjectives not expected of an officer of an esteemed national bank. From the outburst it seemed that the customer, a municipal sweeper had applied for a welfare loan post his loan application to SBI,( against express instructions from the manager not to do so. This must have effected customer's financial credibility voiding his loan application to SBI. Even then the customer persisted in his request for loan approval, making the manager lose his temper. Manager could have politely and firmly refused approval and asked security to remove the customer from the queue. Funny thing was, the customer remained totally unaffected by all the yelling and persisted with his approval request.

RACPC East Ahmedabad, where all loan processing and sanction done.
Very time consuming, need to improve their service. If you come here to know your loan status, leave all your work aside and spare full time here.

Worst branch. Not able to resolve the issues. Now they have stopped to reply my mail. Getting out my park money and deposit in other bank.Higher management has no control on the branch. So the officers are relactant and not having customer oriented services.
