I had asked for some brand products which was not available there instead of saying no they don't have... The sale girl start selling products of brand she was appointed for... As if she didn't listed what I asked for..

I had a terrible experience with the staff named kinjal at smruti selection cg road branch. She was rude not doing her job and talking back at customers. I wouldnt give my business to someone who thinks they own the shop and talk back rudely with customers.
Poor customer service @kinjal. You need to learn how to do your job
