This hotel is on a converted resedential building. Rooms are not well maintained, you will find the rooms & lobby dusty/smelly . Bathrooms have stains all over. Good covered parking.
Stay here, only if there is no other option.

Looks wise this is good hotel but they offers pathetic service for the premium price you are paying to stay in this hotel. Room service and cleanliness is bad too. Check in staff is good but room service staff is rude and does not show dedication towards their work. Outside food is not allowed and they have very limited options on their menu.

This was the first time I came to Ahmedabad and since I found this hotel with average reviews I booked my stay. However, I had to leave within hours of booking the hotel because of bad experiences that happened in the following sequence:
1) I got a call from Oyo hours after checking in saying that my reservation has been cancelled, since the property folks had not informed that I checked in. I had already checked in long ago so I do not know why that happened.
2) Being travelling solo as a woman, last thing I would expect is men ogling at me which was kind of weird. I'll still dismiss this as a personal issue.
3) This was the one that made me check out without any second thoughts. Throughout the 8 hours while I was at the property, there were people coming and banging at my door for God knows what reason. At around 5:30pm in particular there was someone who was literally trying to force open the door from outside by turning the knob. I would be lying if I said it didn't freak me out. There were laughs and giggles on the other side and it was quiet scary to the point I had to check out immediately.

This is what I have experienced at the hotel. If you are travelling solo as a woman, please pick up another option and not this one as I do not know how safe this hotel is as an option.
