pathetic experience with your Shrinath bus operator.
A female from my family had booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Udaipur, from redbus.
At the last minute, bus got cancelled and new bus was scheduled which didn't stopped at the boarding point.
Then we were told to board bus at a place which was 10kms away from the original boarding point.
Above this the seat given to us was not as we have selected. It was totally a different berth .
Auto fare was promised to be compensated but the bus provider isn't picking call and no compensation is being made.

Worst bus have came across.
AC bus fill with other transport material in passage also.
Ok it’s manageable
No stop for passenger but stop to deliver material.
It will also work but instead of reaching destination at 6:00 AM they have reached on 8:30 AM.

I want to share my experience with Shrinath Travels. I had booked 4 tickets online from Ahmedabad to New Delhi. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, we couldn't make it on the scheduled date, with only a few hours left before boarding. Although their policy didn't allow refunds after 24 hours of booking, I reached out to Amit Panchal, the operation head. He was incredibly humble and kind, and despite the limited time, he promised to do his best. Amit went above and beyond by rescheduling our tickets for the desired date.
