I have booked the bus 2 hours prior to the arrival of bus, and still I have to kept on switching seat, and one hour to my departure they do not assigned me any seat, and when I asked why, the staff reply is he wants to make room for the new passenger. Although I have a confirmed seat I have to struggle to maintain a permanent place throughout my journey. Not even including the fact that the bus is 2 hours late at the arrival stop, this the single most worst service I have over the years.

They leave you well before the departing time.
Buses run early for at least 1 hour.
If you are booking online I am sure u will definitely miss your bus.

And important thing that you will not get your money back anyhow.

Bus is very dirty from both side inside and outside..
They have no any kind of attention on departure time and arrival time...takes more time ...actual time of my journey is 9 hours they took 13 hours without any traffic on roads..
