Very poor bus service. They change vehicles in between and don’t provide direct services.
Drivers and conductors charge you extra for seats, luggage. They sold my confirm seat to sm1 else and said online ka hum nahi dekh sakte. Then I had to raise the issue and get my seat back.
Over all experience - very poor.

Last week I am traveling to Ahmadabad to Aurangabad this bus service very bad , no security facility , as extract income driver allow to extract passenger , bus not clean. , charging port not working , seat very bad , bus 3 hr late coming to Aurangabad location , staf service very bad

Everything went as smoothly as possible and the price was fantastic.Process all seemed to go pretty well. No issues with the booking, payment or vouchers.
Online booking system allows flexibility & choices.but the bus doesn't run on time
