At the billing counter i have clearly informed my name with spell, Billing executive has misunderstood and wrote the wrong name. When i came to know about error i have informed customer care executive to correct it but he refused to do. Add on he were saying it was nit mistake of their executive it is mistake of customer (Me), customer should say correct name at the time of billing. As a customer care officer he should have some etiquettes how to talk and respond to loyal customers of shoppers stop. Management should give training to their employees.

Nice place to buy right from accessories to the clothes for men and women and kids!!
You will find everything and lots of options to have!!
Trial rooms are closed and there is a serious shortage of staff!!
Service is very pathetic
Very long queue at the billing also!!
Need to make more hassle free shopping experience for the customers!!
