The parking is a very big issue over here. The building is divided in two parts: external block (till 3 floors used for retail store, showrooms, etc.) and inner block (majority workspaces/offices).
There is no building directory for the inner part building, and there is not even a person to guide you, making it difficult to know which floor your company is.
For the internal, it has total 7 lifts among which 2 are service lift. The lift system is really horrible, you need to wait atleast 5 minutes for lift to arrive, even if other lifts are available. Moreover, the air conditioning of lobby works only sometimes and only few hours in morning. The inner building's ventilation is bad, only one open area at 8th floor.

Lookwise it is good commercial complex but lacking common management tactics. I used to visit an office at 13th floor. I have to wait for 5-7 minutes on each side bottom/up and top/down. There is no specific indications for visitors parking. There are 2 portions. One is roadside facing which contains restaurants, showrooms. Another one is insider portion which contains offices till 13th floor. There are no indications from where to enter insider portion.
