Good complex of residential flats with shops in the first and ground floor. Located close to SG highway in gota

In the Shaligram Lakeview project, the Shaligram Builders sold illegal parking space on the ground floor (attached to society premises wall) for a hefty amount. After moving in, residents realised these allotted parking spaces belonged to the common utility area. The Shaligram Lakeview society committee blames builders for such a fraud and builders would blame the society committee for removing number plates from previously allotted parking spaces. What a nice way to play the blame game in order to avoid taking responsibility for wrongdoing. Beware of any new Shaligram project before booking any property! One such instance is enough to understand the character of the business group.
