Recently got an implant from Dr. Darshini and Dr. Namrata. I did not have a tooth in my front upper jaw for better part of 2 decades now. I had to go through several orthodontic treatments and dental procedures before I could become a candidate for an implant. As a lot of time had elapsed since the accident, the bone that was supposed to hold my tooth had shrunk a lot, and had to be augmented.

Several doctors and surgeons suggested multiple surgeries where in the bone was supposed to be carved out from other part of my mouth (resulting in temporary fracture for 6 months!) and place a bone graft using that on the location of placing tooth. later, another surgery to place the implant once the bone is formed. these procedures required me to go through 3 surgeries (2 simultaneously) and I was all scared and confused. I have met 6 consultants from 3 different cities including Bengaluru.

At shalby, I was given a suggestion for simultaneously implant along with grafting procedure, and they happen to have a bone bank, which conveniently eradicates the need of extracting bone from other place on my mouth and eliminating the need for 2 out of 3 surgeries! This also reduced the overall cost of the process by some extent.

I got my surgery done 2 days back, all the doctors are staff are utterly caring and serious about their work. surgery was quick and painless, and I was out and walked to my home without any pain.

So my last and only root canal was done abt 13 yrs back, 3 grinders together, and back then local anaesthesia wasn’t given to patients hence i went through hell to get them operated. That phobia never allowed me to step into any dentist clinic, only abt two weeks back when my grinders gave up again I had to get them operated. Did enough research and quite a few family and friends recommended Shalby Dental clinic. I went there scared but the doctor did an amaze job to comfort and reassure me that it’s not the same operating procedure as before, which lead to me finally getting my grinders operated.

I m so soo happy with the operation, I never felt any pain from start to end. The implants were inserted perfectly. The antibiotics we spot on to ensure no pain there after. What was a nightmare experience before was turned into a pleasant one by them. Infact the tooth n gums healed perfectly within 7 days, no infection no pain post 3 days.

Overall I was super happy and the fear of visiting dentist n that pain I experienced is all gone now.

I highly recommend them to anyone who want to get their dental issues addressed once in for all, they are simply superb.

I am from Mumbai but I have done the TKR surgery of my wife at Shalby hospital ahemdabad on January second week 2022 of both knee by Dr Vikram Shah.
We got the best experience of Treatment, Staff, Nursing care and Doctors team Visiting post surgery.
Physiotherapy. The cost is also economical .we are very happy there.
