Service provided by this branch is exceptional. Staff help me to resolve my log in issues and provided support even outside working hours to resolve. I never received this care and Ben from private banks like ICICI OR AXIS bank. I recommend SBI Chandkheda branch for long term banking needs.

The service delivery and customer care approach in SBI Chandkheda branch (ONGC) has been improved and elevated to new height. The officers and staffs are highly customer friendly, decorus and dutiful, especially wrt branch mgr Mr Dhananjay ji and lady officer Mrs Varsha mam and others. At this branch, such professional attitude and dedication will enhance the SBI to set new benchmark of commercial banking. I personally feel,SBI plays mega role in the process of social and financial inclusion for large strata of population in India. SBI chandkheda is paradigm of new culture and value addition in service delivery among all branches ,even of pvt banks like HDFC ,ICICI etc.
