Sankalp restaurant is famous for vegetarian South Indian food. Mostly dosa is more famous in this place. Very yearly food. Staff is very helpful. Front parking is available. This place is located in front of Subhash Bridge circle near by Sabarmati river.

Sankalp has been the only place to go for south indian dishes, & then I have been a fan of the brand but now they have literally lost all the charm for the taste, authenticity, ambience, etc. They are okay but you have many many good alternatives like Radhika, Kovallam, etc

The restaurant is located just at the start of the Subash Bridge. The ambience of the place is average. We ordered a Mysore Masala Dosa, Mix Uttapam, Tomato Soup and Sizzling Brownie. The Masala Dosa and Uttapam were very average, the soup & brownie was good in taste. You can visit it once.
