Sakal apartment is built by Bakeri construction in 1984. It was one of the posh society at that point of time. It's purely a family residential located in the one of the best area called Naranpura of the city. It has 1 & 2 bhk apartment designs for G + 3 (non pillar block) and pillar block designed upto 3 floor. Among many of the old society, it has good parking space in comparative however there is no reserved parking concept. Housekeeping is moderate, water supply is 2 hours in two slots from 6 AM to 9 AM supplied by apartment own borewell. You have to have your own storage inside the house for rest of the day. Water supply is quite sufficient and one can easily store enough quantity for rest of the day. You are allowed to installed over head small tank inside your bathroom or in your house. Here is no strict regulation and you can installed any kind of dish antenna on terrace or outside ur balcony, air-conditioning unit etc... Maintenance is in the range of 4000 to 6000 rupees per year. Apartment has two gate and one guard is available 24 x 7. It's safe place to stay and live for family and most of the people are staying more than last 20 years and even more. There is no club house or power back up( power back up is not needed because there is no elevator in any block!) and electric supply from torrent power is almost uninterrupted. Ladies group of society celebrate the navratri festival with economic way but it's really good for those who wish to enjoy and play garba without wasting time outside. In short, this apartment is mid size ( 80 sq. Yards for 1 bhk) and 160 sq. Yards for 2 bhk with around 10% super built up), upper middle class people, rent of 2 bhk around 12000 to 15000 approx however mostly are occupied. Good for living mostly are hindu community with friendly nature with little short temper!!!

It’s in the heart of the city no place is too far from here easy access to train station airport SG Highway and the society is fully guarded 24x7. The real beauty is having amazing trees around and birds which chirp around which makes you feel you are living in a beautiful place away from the city ???????????? Though it’s quite old without lifts but worth the stay for sure Highly recommended !!!

I have been lived there for 1 and a half year.. Very peaceful environment..Most of the families are jains there.. the apartments are bit older but affordable..rent is around 9k-10k for 1 BHK for fully furnished flats..
