Sachin tower is not just a name. It's kind of landmark. It's so famous that you don't need to give / tell address of this place. Instead people use Sachin tower name as an address. Like; near Sachin tower, opp Sachin tower etc.
Near Sachin tower you will get all the required stuff like hotels, food places, shopping malls, temple, general store, hospital, medical store, cafes etc.
It's good and calm society where people are very nice. Specifically the navratri celebration is awesome. Though they celebrate only last 3 days instead of 9, it's fantastic and enjoyable 3 days.
They celebrate almost every festival together like 1 family.

Been here since two years and I can say, this is a very decent residency for an apartment complex established thirty years ago. Though, reminiscent of the same is the playground which is in, not what one can say is a good condition. And.. parking. This locality had surface parking like.. literally everywhere, still parking too, and three different underground parking lots and yet all cars do not seem to get parked here which ultimately need to be parked at the nearby petrol bunk and other places.
All in all, decent place to stay, live and get through the normalcies of life. Also, good place for walks before 7 AM and after 7 PM.

Nice location. On 100ft road. Besides petrol station. Good numbers of apartment. Good and reach and discipline public. Notable unity. Lick to visit during last three days of Navratri
