Hopeless company in insurance. They have no system whatsoever. No customer care principles. Just AVOID Insurance from this company. They don't send renewal policy details, neither provide and reminders, very suffocating response from their call centre and office phone nobody bothers to receive

Extremely unprofessional, Liars, careless and unprofessional. When I tried calling for claiming the motor insurance for the accident, the phone receiver told me wait for an hour as the associate was in meeting. Thankfully i was at home so that I could wait otherwise had I been on road or something it would got worse.

Having said that, after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, as nobody called me, I called myself to the associate and guess what- the associate was not willing to listen my case as he told he was on leave.

The one(Kusum) who provided me his number initially told me he (Jainesh) is in a meeting and will call me in an hour. After not getting a call for more than 3 hours and when I called him he told me he is on leave and will not be able help me. After heated arguments I was finally able to managed to get the contact of service area where they did the cashless as mentioned in my insurance policy.

One of the worst company. Upon taking the on line renewal policy previous policy details are not being checked at the time of generating policy . And later on after Three months inform the customer about non eligibility of no claim bonus. As it is the responsibility of the company to verify previous insurer no claim details. And that is their job responsibility. Some how it was not followed . I never recommend this company for insurance if policy is given at low cost.further no one pick up the phone on helpline numbers.representativr of royal sundaram are lithargic with respect to late response and resolution time.
