This service I have been provided with is unequivocally the most abhorrent I have ever encountered. As a member of the middle-class echelon, one is compelled to contemplate the sacrificial act of selling a kidney merely to sustain one's presence within this establishment. The personnel employed here display an egregious dearth of basic decorum. Moreover, notwithstanding the exorbitant sum charged for their services, the quality of said services is abysmally abhorrent. In contemporary times, if one desires the privilege of occupying an air-conditioned lodging, one is obligated to remunerate a sum of Rs. 56 for each passing hour, a far cry from the previous state of affairs where such amenities were gratuitously bestowed upon those in possession of an air-conditioned ticket. Since the advent of privatization, a precipitous decline has beset these facilities. Private enterprises have usurped control of railway amenities, extorting exorbitant amounts from patrons. It is incumbent upon the government to confront this issue and institute regulatory measures to govern the pricing structure across all railway stations.

One of the worst service ever.
Staff behaviour very bad.
Not food served as per described in notice board sign by nishi rathod.
You are not allowed to seat if you are using card, if you are paying in cash than and than you are you will got different answers because if you pay in cash than than they didn't have to serve you food . But if you are using card than you can either lunch or dinner.
I want force not to make complaint.

Pathetic experience.Specially the manager Mr.Pandey who him self think as owner of IRCTC. They misbehave with Bank clients those have free lounge access on cards.They don't offer jain food on Free access of Card , just offered basic khichdi & charge full amount to the Bank. Bank customers be careful. Banks need to be careful. If u just want to relax then ok , don't expect quality food. Even they have not put up display which bank has free lounge access.
