While 1st time go through travel by Ramani Travels...
They drop the messages 1 hour before from arrival time to us because the Bus will be delayed by 30 min due to traffic jamm as per received message,
Also no sense for timing values...
But the scenario is different there...
And at a time of pickup the location suddenly came with the Non-AC bus and said that " Non-AC Bus is available right now instead of My Booking was done in AC coach"...
Talking sound is good for about behaviour...but
If facilities can't be provided to customers they are need to informed by them accordingly.
