time limits on food is too short,Dining area should be clean and tidyeverywhere I see sticky fungus on dinning area, and mess floor is always dirty, some time u see rat, lizards at kitchen site, n roti look like we rot in jail ..n time limits on food is too short, n they don't gonna say properly about facilities then during checkout time they asked for Geyser rent in room of 10k..i didn't get what i paid for?n they said like wifi included bt they're don't specify, we didn't provide wifi inside the room..wifi only at mess which password of wifi never match or if u have work at midnight n u need wifi n already paid 10k u gonna stan at 2 am at stinky place like mess of this hostel?? which they don't allow toh sit there for wifi after lunch or dinner ...they're don't give deposit back too easy they're do many try to not give your whole deposit while checking out,,your parents do request for room infrastructure pro like in rainy season water came from window... they're don't even came for see what actually goin on in the room. termite are everywhere in furniture... mosquitos, n insects too ...you never got fees receipt at time, during checkout they're adding new rules while u asking for deposit like now u have to pay for Geyser, n electricity which they already included in rent of 10 k room.

They don't provide hot water in third floor, whereas provide hot water in fourth floor and after complaint about that, they behave rudely. And also suggest to shift room instead of giving facility.

Behaviour of staff is not good. They don't respond our complaint. Even don't allow our female friend to work in group in our room for 2 to 3 hour.
