My Nephew traveled by your travels on 10-12-2022 from Naroda Patia to Kalyan Mumbai he was left at the hotel were the bus stopped for tea, and your staff didn't bother for the head count before proceeding for onward journey and he had to face lot of problems to catch the bus at a distance of 15 kilometres.

Poor service. Bus is full of transport/parcels. Dont provide space /deckey for luggage. When u ask for resolution they asked to cancel the ticket and take refund. Navrangpura staff person is not provided support and tell luggage is not our responsibility. Think twice before book ticket in punjab travels. They don't provide space for even single bag. Because of their parcel/transport service bus got delayed by 2 hours. Reached at 8.50 am at indore.

Yes it's good but I really miss Punjab buses. It's more comfortable compare to intercity bus
